After reaching the Bungle Bungle's, we settled down for the night playing the usual games. The next morning when we woke up we drove to just outside the Bee hive formations (named because of their shape and nothing to do with bee's, thank the lord) Me, Lisa and Greg then went on a 30 min opened door helecopter rider over the Bungle Bungles. It was as expected.... fantastic, although i was sooo cold due to there being no doors on the helecopter. It made the experience more real and exciting but still v-cold. We flew for what seamed alot longer than 30 mins and was well worth the money. The rest decided that they didnt want to do it and waited down at the helecopter pad. Once we landed we then drove to one of the gorges that we had just flown over. It was strange seeing it from the air where it looked small and then getting down to ground level and seeing how big it really was. We spent most of the day in the Bungle's and the rest traveling to our final camp site. All a little sad we set up camp for the last night and made fire and tea and settled down to a game of mafia. Most people were pritty tired from the past few days and fell asleep including greg who accidently voted himself off the game from being tired. He decided to go to bed in his usual spot... on top of the van ! the rest of us had been drinking cheep wine that we had been carrying for a few days. Once most people were asleep me, Sam and Scott decided to play a few pratical jokes on some people. First we moved a very drunk and asleep Renaud from his spot by the camp fire, we lifted him up and pulled him about 4 mtrs from where he had started, we were going to move him all the way around the other side of the truck untill Magali stopped us. Then we did paper, sissors rock to see who would be the one to wipe Marmite under the nose of Andria and luck for me and Sam... Scott lost haha it was soooo funny i cant begin to explain how funny it was. Once that was done and we caught him on camera (incase we got the blame) then we carried on by placing random items ( a tin of hot choc) under Lisa's arms who had fallen asleep on her back with her arms folded. After this we decided to go to sleep ourselfs, each with one eye open not trusting the other 2. I woke first in the morning as usual (due to toothache) checked my face was clean and prank free then climmed up the traylor to watch the sun rise. After packing up and setting off on our way to Darwin we all had a good laugh at the previous nights antics including showing every one the pics of Scott doing the dirty work (he wasnt happy we took the pics). We stopped off at a few places to use the loo and eat but we pritty much just headded on into Darwin. Once there we all got dropped off at our different Hostels and arranged to meet later that night for something to eat and drink. We were all staying on the same road and me, Scott and Sam were even in the same room in the same Hostel. Thats it for the Broom to Darwin, will write a different one for Darwin and the Cairnes Soon.
