Bonjour!
Today I went on a tour of two Chateau's (castles); Chambord and Chenonceau.
Chambord was absolutely monstrous, but gorgeous none the less.
Chenonceau was a little more refined in size (if there is such thing when referring to a castle), probably because it was the women's castle. It was surrounded by a lake and several beautiful manicured gardens.
Definitely felt like I was in a fairy tale.
