I have arrived safely in Edinburgh. The train was LONG, I left Cardiff at 8 30 AM and got here at 15 30. the train ride was nice, no WiFi though :( For the most part I watched the passing countryside, from Cardiff to Manchester that is. From Manchesterr to this stop I can't emembe, it starts with a C, I talked to this very nice young man named Patrick. It was nice being able to talk to someoone instead of reading my books or sleeping. For about the last hour or so, after Patrick departed I tried to sleep but this child kept screaming. I have to ask, aren't British people supposed to be polite? What is polite about letting your child scream repeadidly? Granted she was young (still in nappies) but my mother would not have put up with that, she would have made me shut up. I thought that some of the other passengers were going to force her to shut the child up, but thankfully we arrived just then. I got my baggage and departed the train, only to make a wrong turn and end up hopelessly lost. I finally got sorted out and climed what felt like 50 flights of stairs, only to discover I was at the top of High Street and I needed to walk to the bottom. I finally made it to my hostel and checked in, it looks nice and they have free WiFi. I think I'm going to go get some dinner, all I've had today is a rasin twist, Fanta and a Twix bar.
