Another necessary evil in our travels of Central America, San Pedro Sula.
Unfortunately due to time restraints, we decided to only spend a couple of days in Honduras as it didn't appeal to us as much as Guatemala or Belize. We probably didn't do Honduras justice.
San Pedro Sula played a key part in our plans as it was our changng point for Copan Ruinas the following day. We arrived tired but safely and headed to our hostel, we were going to head to the local mall for some dinner but was advised against.
Apparently, San Pedro Sula is not a place to wander around...there have been stories of locals injecting people with the HIV/AIDS virus so we ordered take away, had an OK nights sleep as the fan in our room was abysmal and before we knew it we were back at the bus station waiting for our bus to Copan Ruinas.
