Well, the time has come. Nick and Helen are going around the world - after so many years of "we're going travelling" and wearing everyone down with our plans. We're off!
We hope that you all will find this blog entertaining; we will try our utmost best to record true feelings and will update the blog on a regular basis! :)
Now that you all can recharge your batteries for when we return in 2013, we would still love to hear from you all as we will miss you all very much!

When we visited Hahndorf it was beautiful as all set up for Xmas. Looking at your photos it is surprising how many ave both of u eating. Nick keep taking care of her even though the need to kill cockroaches has gone for now. Helen u look after Nick too. Love u xxx

Hi Guys just been catching up with your Divemaster odyssey in Indonesia sounds fab !
I am now realising however long my retirement is (Nov2013) I am not going to be able to get as many stamps in my passport as you two! enjoy yourselves now as the goverment has just passed a law that says kids your age will not now retire until they are 82!!
Only joking .........but you get the point!
Nick I hope your looking after Helen as I am holding you accountable ! (two cockroaches is ok but there is still room for improvement)

Hi you both, I've been enjoying reading your blog and I check reguarly for updates. I have now done all my Xmas pressies and all wrapped up so just looking forward to Xmas day now. Isabella is proper excited and keeps checking Xmas tree every morning for pressies! Bless her and it's Joshua's first Xmas so I'm excited about that. Joshua is coming on great he's smiling, laughing, holding toys and likes to stand up (with help obviously). Have a wonderful Xmas in Thailand and you both will have to tell us all in the blog what is like to have Xmas experience in Thailand as Im interested to know. Merry Xmas from us all! Love Kirsty xxxx
