Dear family and friends, it's been 9 days since my arrival to this wonderful city. So far while waiting on my internship placement, I was able to explore the natural beauties of this city. I have arrived safely in Cape Town. I'm happy to report that the weather is absolutely AMAZING! 75F with a slight air breeze. I arrived yesterday around noon after 2 cancellations out of DC, and a 7hr layover in London. As soon as I landed I felt "jet lagged".
