helloooo from mombasa.

My lifeh as gotten increasingly busy in the past week. Between work, the realization I have three 15 page research papers due soon, and constant visitors to meet up with I am constantly on the move. Things here are getting easier. I think I am finally at peace with some of the annoying parts of kenyan life and I am just trying to soak up all the things I love, because they are coming to an end soon. I can't beleive I only have 3 weeks left in Mombasa before heading back to Nairobi, and off on my travels through western kenya, uganda, tanzania and zanzibar, and maybe rwanda. Part of me is excited for the program portion of semester to be over, but it's weird to think how fast it is going. I still have alot of work to get accomplished before I'm ready to leave my internships...a whole book to write....a program to get initiated....a session to run. busy bee!

I think I might try to head to Lamu next weekend and then Tsavo and Taita our last weekend in Mombasa on our way back to Nairobi. Crossing our fingers...trying to make plants has been tricky lately.

ok...gotta head to the supermarket...I'm cooking tacos tonight!!
