so we'r now sitting in an internet cafe in the middle of ho chi min city having just had to weave through a sea of crazy crazy mopeds (see video at later date once we can be bothered to upload). also had the pleasure of walking though the number 1 lovers spot in the city(basically lots of immiture teenagers making out on stationary mopeds) tactfully placed outside the children's play area.

we have had the most hectic last couple of days clocking up 140pounds in expenses with little more than 6 hours sleep. to cut a long story short...we were waiting in abu dhabi for our flight to board having attempted to sleep in the boarding room (very unsuccessfully as it was freezing - quite ironic really since it was 45degrees outside!). both looking forward to a nice sleep on the plane, we were approached with an offer of a xury hotel (all inclusive meals and drinks of course), upgraded seats and $300 each so naturally we couldn't refuse. this meant we had a further 12hours wait for the plane but made the most of business lounge etc (again tour of the boudouire will be uploaded later).

you can't really blame us for going a little wild once we finally got to bangkok! stayed in an amazing hostel for 2 days and experiened 2hour full body massage (don't worry no happy ending...but we weren't offered it anyway!), lots of drinking with lady boys, close encounter attempting to watch ping pong show and nearly changing plans on several occasions (offers to ko samui, travel thailand, cambodia, etc - ollie talked some sense into me!)

...and now we'r finally in vietnam. off to chu chin tunnels tomorrow and firing range (some talk of blowing up cows with bazookas or something but no need to fret parentals, they really couldn't be in safer hands)
