so we haven't updated this for a few days but we'v pretty non stop recently... after ho chi minh we went by overnight bus to mui ne (nearly missed the bus ironically because i was on the internet updating this blog!). got to mui ne which is quite touristy but has some very beautiful places. got there at 1.30am and slept for 2 hours before waking up to get on the back of two random guys' motorbikes and cruised in the dark to the white sand dunes about half an hou...

woke up good time today (6.30-very early for us!). went to cu chi tunnels which was amazing. fired an m1 rifle and crawled through the tunnels. decided me and ol are quite ignorant about the vietnam war, history, culture, etc so listened very carefully to speeches (despite being rather hungover). currently in internet cafe waiting for ol to wish his lovely mother happy birthday (happy birthday eve!) having just had an amazing tradional vietnam massage from blin...

so we'r now sitting in an internet cafe in the middle of ho chi min city having just had to weave through a sea of crazy crazy mopeds (see video at later date once we can be bothered to upload). also had the pleasure of walking though the number 1 lovers spot in the city(basically lots of immiture teenagers making out on stationary mopeds) tactfully placed outside the children's play area. we have had the most hectic last couple of days clocking up 140pounds in ...
