Today i made my own chocolates, which is so exciting because i love chocolate! I signed up for a two-hour chocolate making workshop at Choco Museo in Cuzco. They make organic chocolate from bean to bar, and explain and demonstrate the whole process. We got to make everything from scratch - it was amazing.
