Yesterday we got off the boat at 8am and explored the town by foot. The first stop was the old fishing port in Angelmo. We walked around in amazement looking at all the freshly caught seafood, figuring out what we wanted to try for lunch. On the upper floor of the market, there were a lot of small restaurants. We tried one of them and had two dozen oysters, which were so fresh, and absolutely fantastic. Then we ordered lunch at another small restaurant next door, and the hake fish literally melted in our mouths - delicious and super fresh. We ended up buying amazing smoked salmon and salmon carpaccio, and had that for dinner with mashed potatoes and salad. I am so happy - we're in seafood paradise here!
