JN and his new best friend... In South America, dogs follow you everywhere. We picked up some meat to make burgers for dinner, and this dog followed us all the way home. Notice that JN is carrying boxes, since the supermarkets here don't give you plastic bags. We got lots of attention back at the hostel when we were preparing our burgers because they looked pretty damn good. A few Israeli guys who were very friendly, asked us how to prepare the burgers, where we got the meat, etc. We gave them our leftover salad, since we made too much. This was the best hostel experience we've had so far - clean and warm private room, nice mattress, warm and clean shower, and a nice dining room. It's amazing how you start to appreciate these simple things, after you've had some bad experiences.... Off to Chile! I'm excited about not paying entry fee since it only applies when you fly into the country - we're getting there by bus.
