Hi All...

Wow what a China CRISIS!!!!! (hey that was a name of Ants favourite 80s band from somewhere like Manchester.....one chinky in it.. Ant though they were great and I remember him seeing them in New Jersey at the old Pavillion with one of his exs Mel) Well it really is a CHINA CRISIS.....If you are not it touch with world events (Good old Trevor Mac is!) read his blog on the BBC World News... After the Societe General scandal and it being "alleged" that our advisor Johnny Darwin was on their board and advised Ants brother Jerome we have been suspended by ITV and Fabio recommended as we like "Take Aways" and the Chinese love the Jiggy Bank that we should I am celebrity and get me out of there and we left Barbados. Ant wasn't happy and he has a had a face like a poker has been rammed up his……. When did I find out?....well Ant tried to shield it from me but when we got to Hong Kong, via Doncaster, Coventry and Kula Lumpas in our hotel I switched on a crummy TV and there it was....Chinese news.....couldn't understand a word of it...but like the song goes " a picture paints a thousand words"...clearly big trouble...Johnny has been brilliant and looked after us and he has put us up in the airside hotel, which is like the Meridien at Speke...very nice and best hotel by far we have stayed in on this world trip....it was time to relax and use the pool...An hour later in the Pool Mr Fu came through and send that Whonny had been on and told us to consider tinning China and changing our flights to go direct to India....but to be honest in researching this with the various tickets desks all flights everywhere are full....its simply impossible.... we would have to go somewhere like via Japan, Glasgow, Manchester, Gatwick and Kula Lumpor the wrong way around to get home and like 3 grand too.... no way. And imagine the extra baggage to put the Jiggy Bank on the easyjet flight…..So plan B is....to stay in China for 3 weeks and maybe get stuck in Shanghai....Ant still fancies India as we can never decided what take aways we like best so we thought we would try out both countries. So we fly from on the 19th February Shanghai to Mumbai - India and finally 14th March Delhi to London...home! Hopefully by then all the fuss will have died down and we can all get back to normal.We like Shanghai people remember us and I think they have use confused with Cannon and Ball and Johnny climes they may what us back to open the Olympic Games. We did have a bit of luck Chinese TV have asked us to do a cookery show Ready steady wok and who knows we may get some lessons on the show.I will keep the old blog going as far as there is power in the city....as I know a few people will be worried about us...like lawro and Raffa who we left in a hammock together in Barbados, Super Kev who wanted us both at Newcastlke but settled for little Dennis as he was a bit cheaper and of course our Mama Mia as its her birthday coming up soon and she wants a prezzie!
