Today was fantastic we managed to get some sunshine and a beach all at once. The children played and the there ou us adults relaxed and breathed in a moment we have longed for the entire trip. I laid down in the warm sand and watched clouds for a long time. It feels like we have all been through the wringer and in that moment on the beach was God showing us the light. Thank you Jesus

We also found a super great spot for ice cream. 24+ flavors of soft serve. You can mix the flavors together I had peanut butter mixed with dark Belgian chocolate. It was the best ice-cream I've ever had. Yum yum.

I am now on half of the amount of effexor than when I started. I will stay at this dose for a few weeks now.

I am so thankful for such wonderful parents. They are so generous and kind. So thankful that my children have had this opportunity to be shaped by them and get to know them better
