After breakfast, we again hit the beach. The weather is really starting to heat up and we're now in the mid to high 20s. My head has trouble dealing with this, it being the middle of January and all. I feel like I should be wearing a jumper, instead I'm laying there in only my shorts. Awesome. Must remember to permanently move to warmer climes.

After lunch we take a bike ride to the North of the island. I finally take a couple of decent photographs. Obviously the scenery helps. We cycle past some impressive beach-side properties - the surroundings are almost too nice if that's possible. Anyway, I love it. We stop and chill on a couple of piers, I take some more photos and then we take the leisurely ride back to the apartment.

Maurice cooks up rack of ribs for dinner. They're brilliant. I barely eat anything else on the table and border on the meat sweats.
