On the move again…

So here I am, off again, at 4.10 am (9.10pm GBT previous day). I am literally getting up before you go to sleep, and I'm not happy about it. Not only do I miss a night's sleep, I miss free breakfast!!

Finally met some decent hostellers tonight; they were a bunch of American Yale + Harvard students, who have just finished Uni and are teaching English out here for 2 whole years! And I thought I was away for long… It was so refreshing to have a whole group of people, so we went out for snacks and beer then came back and talked till very late. It was so much fun to just talk about everything and I'm certainly feeling a lot more relaxed and less anxious now.

It was a perfect night, bar the fact I then have to get up at 4.20am to meet Josh at Beijing airport for 6. I would have really appreciated the lie-in, as I'm still terribly jet-lagged, and will once again be sleep-deprived, but hey-ho, more flights to catch.

Apparently Josh has spoken to someone at the school and they're going to meet us from Changsha Airport! YAY! Not only do we now know the school definitely exists, but we don't have to pay a taxi fare. :D

The only problem is we don't know if the school has any internet, so if it does not it may be a while before I can update the blog, but I will endeavour to find internet as soon as possible!

I'm so looking forward to teaching now, and meeting my new students! I'm very excited…
