Zena and i went for early morn walk and the wind was bitterly cold and we got back in time before the rain and hail started , after breakfast it was off to the Dental hospital ...... yep was eating a boiled lolly and instead of just sucking i crunched and half my tooth come with it but fortunately I'm not down to the nerve so no pain ...... they were great at the dental hospital , it's a public run one and even through they didn't do any thing with my tooth , they have advised me what to do so all good at no cost . Well we didn't go too far today just too cold so an inside day for the local sights ...... museum , beatles club and the navy is in the harbour for a celebration of the Atlantic battles ,then we just couldn't stay away from Jamie Oliver again (three nights in a row !! :-)
