Attending BA World Conference as a volunteer Mon & Tuesday and boy i got that off to a smashing start! Was suppose to get there at 7am thus needing to get up and leave by 6.30am at the latest - set my alarm for 5am and had a restless night then somehow managed to not hear the alarm and doze through... thankfully some noise outside my room woke me up at 7:10am OMG late!!! great... managed to get showered, dressed and ready to get there at 8am. So luckly not too late.

Had a great two days. Spent Monday introducing speakers in the rooms and then networking at the after party. Then tuesday i attended some awesome speakers and networked somemore!!! Collected about 10 + business cards and made some good contacts. Hopefully it will pay off soon with a job.

I think i managed to get past the worst of the jetlag by being forced awake at the event.
