Great European Adventure
Began early again this morning after feeding a local pig some left over spuds.
We headed north with about 600 km to reach Darwin.
We stopped at small park on the way called Elslie near Mataranka. It had a natural spring in it that feed a river 365 days a year . The water was warm and clear as glass. There was a swimming area but far too many people for an extra dugong to visit.
We headed north again to Batchelor the entrance to Lichfield NP. We thought we should have a couple of beers before we set up camp in the NP. This slight delay cost us a spot in the NP so we had to pay at a near by caravan park. We will tour the NP tomorrow.

Angela You'd think by now you would have learned to buy beers and ice take them with you to the camp and then set up! Oh well I guess there are showers etc at the caravan park and perhaps not at the NP? Bet the weather is more enjoyable for you now.
