After some well earned sleep I was the first to wake up, Siesta Mar serve breakfast from 9am - 11am. So after walking the dogs I went for breakfast alone. I just couldn't wake up Vicky & the kids from their slumber. Dinky and Toy were happy to see me on my return as I bought back sausage and bacon to have with their dried food. The others however were still fast off, not surprisingly after the lack of sleep from the past few days. But they all soon rose out of their slumber to be plastered with sun cream.
It was then out with the dogs again along the Cami De Cavalls, I was hoping to reach Casa Coves. This was not meant to be, as Toy, our black & Tan Cavalier just couldn't cope with the heat. She found a bush to shelter in and wouldn't move. This has now put doubts on walking to Nelsons restaurant in Son Vitamina on Sunday for their fabulous roast lunches. We soon got the dogs back to the apartment and they crashed out on the cool tiles inside.
We ended up around the pool, whilst Vicky listened to 50 Shades of Grey, a audio book I downloaded to hopefully spice up our holiday lol! I once again took the kids over the road to play on the water slide and had a little lunch which we also brought back over for Vicky. To my dismay, she'd fell asleep and only listened to the first 20 mins! At this rate it will be our holiday in Bulgaria next year before she gets to the best bits.
It was a late day by the time we finished around the pool and whilst Vicky was getting ready I took the kids to the fun park opposite Siesta Mar. They have large bouncing castles with slides and trampolines for just 5 Euros each they have a unlimited time on them. By the time Vicky was ready the sun had gone down and it was dark.
We head for Merlins Bar to see the owners John and Paula to ask about which vets to take Dinky and Toy to for their wormer treatment for our return to the UK. The owners of the Merlinbar have a Westie called Radley. Unfortunately the daughter was working but she said that she'd find out for us.
Again we ended up in Pito's for a late evening meal, it was already turned 11pm, afterwards we had a quick look around the market that was set up in the square, as it was midnight though they had started to pack up. Not surprisingly Aloha Bar finished the night off for us, and yet again a round of drinks were on the house. We called it a night at 2am, just had to give the dogs a quick walk around the apartments prior to bed, only to find it very amusing, as most rooms we passed had the roaring noises of snoring breaking through the window slats. No headboard banging though lol, what a pity! Ha ha ;) ;) ;)
