This morning we drove around the road a bit to One Arm Point which is a small aboriginal community on the coast. Here we had a look in the hatchery and helped feed the fish - the Barramundi gave the kids quite a fright when it snatched the fish from their hand! We also saw Archer Fish which spit water to catch their food, they were cool.
At the look out we could see Dugongs in the water.
Just when we thought the beaches couldn't get any better - we found paradise. A swimming beach so clear and beautiful we didn't want to leave - ever! And we were the only people there which made it even more amazing.
Late in the afternoon we headed around the beach and went fishing (we got there eventually after a few tense moments when we got bogged in the sand - no Max Tracks required!). Mum and Kade walked up the beach. Paddy and Cal caught a flathead each and Isla caught a Longtom - they were very excited. We ate them for tea. They were very nice.
