Today we left Bundaberg and drove to Hervey Bay. Before we left, we visited the Bundaberg Gingerbeer Factory. We learnt the ingredients of gingerbeer are water, sugar, lemon juice, yeast and ginger. It needs to be left for a week or so to ferment (that makes the bubbles). We tasted all 16 types of Bundberg brewed drinks! Yum, Yum. It made Kade crazy and he burped.
At Hervey Bay we went out for tea for Dad's birthday. We are staying at Torquay Beach (the one in QLD, not Victoria).
