The car needs to get fixed again so we headed off on foot to the shops. Paddy, Nick and Cal got a hair cut - Yes, that's right Callan got a HAIRCUT! The bad news is that they need to get a part for the car so we will need to stay an extra night. We headed back to the caravan park and picked up the car for the afternoon. Went for a drive to Shute Harbour and we were surprised to see that not much was happening there. A swim in the pool rounded out the day

This morning Callan and Nick went fishing. Just after they left it started pouring rain - again! This made for quite an uneventful morning. Lots of water and no fish. In the afternoon the weather had cleared so we walked the boardwalk from Cannonvale to Airlie Beach. We enjoyed looking at all the boats in the marina and imagining what it would be like if they were ours.

Todays adventure saw us climb aboard an oversized rubber dinghy with more horsepower than should be allowed on a boat and scoot across the sea to swim and snorkel around the Whitsunday Islands. Unfortunately the weather wasn't too kind and the boat driver thought it best to refer to it as the "Wet-Sunday" Islands.
