Here we go again!!!!! We are totally loving our adventure as you can all see from our updates...........thanx for all of you messages, its great to keep in touch with everyone! The journey through Death Valley, what can we say, out of this world and by that we mean its like you are on another planet!!!! The rocks take on every colour you can imagine and carry on as far as the eye can see.....the road ia never ending and you can totally see why they call it Death Valley..........no breaking down here please!!!!! The journey through the valley took us 2.5hrs, through a vast expanse of desert, rocks and cactus...........not much else!!! Blistering hot as well, its like a furnace when you open the door (maybe why the only hotel in the middle of Death Valley is in Furnace Creek!! 120 degrees!!!!!!!!! Entered Vegas as the sun was setting and the lights were coming on, what a sight to behold!!! Vegas is the 24/7 gambling and drinking den everyone says it is........ its never to early or late for that matter to have a bevvy and a whirl on the slots! Which while we are on the subject Mr Fleming partook of on many occassions...set of reigns required and adult supervision at all times!!!!!! The Hotels of the strip are out of this world, each hotel trying to out do the other...........you will see from our pics that you could spend most of the night outside on the strip looking at the displays most of the hotels put on. The best being the Bellagio Fountains in time to music, the Volcano at The Mirage and the Pirates at Treasure Island....the insides are totally crazy as well but we could keep this going for hours so we will leave it at that. THEN THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT - Pauline and Dale have decided to tie the knot and we will be there to be witnesses - how fabulous is this!!!!!!!! The Little White Chapel is the venue on Saturday 22nd July 2006. THE BIG DAY - as you will see from the photos Pauline and Dale had an amazing day (as did we).....the Little White Chaple was georgous and we can say that for both the Bride and Groom as well!!! Pauline in a dress...would you ever have believed this!!!! The ceremony was lovely and what made it more special was that all their family and friends could watch at home over the internet.........a few tears shed all round!!! THE RECEPTION & PARTY AFTERWARDS - well we made sure that the celebrations continued. Pauline and Dale or should we say Mr & Mrs Rowan...took us for a fab dinner (many thanx again) in New York, New York hotel. We then decided it was a fab idea after a 4 course meal to go on the Manhattan Express rollercoaster!!!!!! Greg blagged us all you can ride passes and we managed to get on 9 times each before the ride closed........what a laugh and luckily no one was sick....Then off to the MGM Grand for more booze and gambling, after all we are in Vegas..........many jelly shots and wine made for a great night and serious hangover the following morning!!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU BOTH AND THANK YOU FOR MAKING US A PART OF YOUR SPECIAL DAY. Leaving tomorrow for LA, another 4 hr drive, cant wait to get there.
