FULL MOON PARTY = CRAZY!!!!!

We decided not to miss out on this bad boy so headed over to the Island on Sea Tran boat (2 hour journey)...we arrived at 5pm and would be leaving at 8.30am with no accomodation sorted - we could be on the beach!!!!!

After a couple of steady drinks we headed up to find thwe Swedish chicks we'd met at Siem Reap....after a bite to eat and few beers we hit a Scandanavian bar and began with the buckets!!!

The beach was just crazy.....1,000's of folk dancing away, music blasting and glow sticks a glowing....it really was a full on rave. I'd never seen anything like it....not even in the Green Man Disco on a Saturday Night!!!!

Was quality experience, even if the music wasn't really our scene - plenty of Techno Block Rocking beats and Progressive House (what the hell is Progressive House???!!!!!!)......we'd bought loads of glow sticks to try and at least look the part - even if our dancing wasn't particularily 'cool'!!

We managed to last until about 5am - before retiring to a bar to watch some footy.....taxi back to the Pier ended with us sat in a French Restaurant eating the freshest, nicest Croissants ever at 7am!!

Then it was back to the boat for our return leg to Koh Tao - not a pleasant trip!!! Alcohol and Boat travel really do NOT go!!!

Our trip to the island had been short and sweet but still good fun!!!
Now it was time for the diving!!!!
