I just wanted to announce that I was able to navigate (by myself) through Dakar to find my school! Its about a 45 minute zigzag walk, but it usually takes longer because I try to greet people in my neighborhood in French or Oulof....Asalaam a lakumm?..or how are you today!

ps. I went to Just 4 You bar last night because they have live music every night. I had the smallest but strongest margarita of my life and sat back and relaxed the chill atmosphere. Lani and I called it an early night around 1am since I had to wake up at 7am for school today!
