Hi everyone,

I thought I'd write a shorter blog this time, as I have had reports that my last 2 blogs have been too long! Love the honesty. Anyways, hope you are all well. I am currently in Australia, in a place called Manly; which is just over the water from Sydney opera house.

We arrived on Saturday, got picked up by a strange looking man armed with a dog in his car and arrived in the beautiful King's Cross. This place can only be described as being full of smackheads, prostitutes and strip clubs... wish you were here? So, we spent a few days organising CVs, applying for jobs and getting used to the place.

Me and Nick rang up for a job that a friend in Fiji recommended, had an interview for the middle of the week. Jade and Katie applied for jobs in salons, and had a couple of trials coming up and we were looking for another place to call home for a couple of months.

Found a lovely place over the water called Manly... its like surfers paradise, beautiful beaches, shops on the beach and loads of restaurants. The place we're staying in is on the beach and well worth the money. As me and Nick got jobs, and decided we needed to relax we went out and bought wetsuits, bodyboards and surfboards... impulse buy? Anyways, we all got the jobs... now spend our free time down the beach in the surf, or relaxing... not a bad way of life.

Anyways, short but to the point, as to avoid boredom!
