We left Monteverde first thing in the morning and arrived in Quepos by noon. We stopped along the way to see a place popular with crocodiles. I saw 19!!!

Our hotel is amazing! We're staying at the Hotel California. It has a pool, restaurant, a view of the ocean and even a gecko in our room. Even though my roommate was stung by a bee in our room, it's still our favourite.

We did a sunset sail boat tour on the ocean. Wow. We sunbathed and listened to music, saw dolphins, and then went for a swim and snorkeling. I unfortunately flashed some poor man when my bikini top shifted getting out of the water back on the boat!

By about 7pm we were 'knackered' as our friend from Switzerland says. The rest of the evening was spent lounging by the pool drinking piña coladas!
