Wow, there is lots to do here!
On day 1, we went canyoneering in the morning and white water rafting in the afternoon. Canyoneering was a blast! We went down 4 drops, the largest being over 200 feet. It was mostly a free fall and not much rappelling. The guides even threw in some water surprises for us. We had to jump in pools at one point and another time we braced ourselves in some rocks while they released a dam. We got really wet!
Day 2 was the best day of the trip!! Nicole and I went on an Extreme Hike. It was a 6 hour adventure. We hiked up to the Cerra Crater for 2 hours and then swam in the lagoon. The hike down took about an hour and a half. Next stop was La Fortuna waterfalls. It was a spectacular view. We even went swimming. My legs were definitely shaking by the end but the pain was well worth the views!
