So let's go to Boston. I was woken 30 minutes before our car was picking us up.....didn't feel very awesome so got the feeling today is not going to be awesome. We caught a bus to Boston so was dropped off at the bus stop and we waited for our late bus while I ate my breakfast from a street vendor. Yes that was how I was feeling, needed to risk all sorts of germs to put something in my stomach. Verdict....not bad.
Once we got on the bus the kids passed out and Paul and I sat and waited for the 5 hrs to end. Not an overly exciting drive but it was good to cross over into Massachusetts and see the difference in the buildings.
So bawwwston. First impressions were that there is graffiti everywhere.
We are staying at the midtown hotel which is the hotel in the movie Ted. We are only here for a stopover on our way to Plymouth so we haven't seen much but everyone here walks around with their noses in the air so it definitely accommodates some of the richer parts of the community. We are coming back before we fly to Florida so will see more then.
To end the day we did a trip to subway for a $2 sub.....we really know how to treat ourselves.
