G'day Mate

How the devil are you all? Well where did i get to, ah yes Rockhampton. When i arrived i thought....................oh my god!!!! we were in the middle of nowhere surrounded by bugs, snakes, spiders the size of your hands and kangaroos and wallabes (not sure if thats the right spelling) living just outside your room. But as the night wwent on i loved it, i must say even though going to the loo late at night and having a showere when it was dark did not appeal to me as the block for toliets and showers was far far far away. i was big and brave and waved my hands in front of me as i went in the dark to rid the spiders webs.

I loved the quietness and the attempts to cook food on the camping billy (tasted rank, the thought of take away was very strong) but i loved it!!!!

I did see a massive spider when me and rachael were doing our washing, i only spotted it when i left the laundry, she said 'yeah it was right by your foot but i didnt want to say anything coz i thought u would freak out' damn right i would have and did, but......................i was still big and brave and went back in to finish the job later.
