Hi All,
Well I heard the Reflexions Concert was an absolute success, so congratulations to all. I was thinking of you and missing not being there. Kat has now arrived in Canada for her 6 week adventure and so far she is having a very relaxing time, catching up on some sleep. Which is not too hard when it is snowing and dark outside, perfect sleep weather. When Kat arrived she stayed awake until 8pm that night and didn't wake up until 2:30pm the next day, how is that for jet lag. I was getting a little worried and was going to check on her to make sure she was still breathing???
I have so many activities in store for me and Kat. We had about 50cm of snow last night which was awsome for her to see, I am at work today but later we will be making our first snowman. I am off to the hardware store to get us a tabogon sheet as well, that will be fun!!!
We still have to organise Kat doing some ski lessons and I will be there with the video camera, catching every fall and tumble. Between my housemates and me we have got her all decked out in gear even ski's, so she is all set to be the perfect ski bunny!!
Kat went wandering yesterday with my flatmate and they reckon they have found the perfect Xmas tree for our house. That is highly illegal around here, so she has been corrupted!!! I told them there is an axe downstairs to go for it!!! But I was not involved as I am a good detectives daughter and don't involve myself in those sorts of corrupt behaviours. Ha!
Take Care
Love Mel xoxox
