Heard its been a bit icy - glad I was there before cos I ended up on my bum enough on the powdery stuff can you imagine me on ice???? (Probably would be a bit like our ice skating expedition). Jodie Hey Mel, It's been a while since i last chatted. I was just checkin out your adventure and I think you sound like you are settling in {hope your not too settled). Well the concert has come and gone and it was fabulous. All that hard work was worth it. Mind you when I was sewing bloody sequence on at 11.30 at night it wasn't worth it. But seriously it was very good. I even got my name in the programme as a dress maker (I am taking over from Jenny next year) I have gone from proffessional sequence sewer to DRESS MAKER. LOL..... The photos are gorgeous they got a different person to do them and they are heaps better than stinky Pete. It is raining here at the moment not too heavy just a light sprinkle. One of the guys that is working with me is from Canada so he is checking out your photos with me. He goes back to Canada in the next couple of weeks. The photos are making him home sick. Megan Well it's that time of year when the count down is almost finished!!! Yep CONCERT TIME. Everything appears to be going to plan and things are running a little smoother behind the scenes at the theatre with having a professional lighting guy in and a different stage manager than last years. I'm finding it really strange not performing with the team this year (sort of sad) but I'm really looking forward to sitting in the audience (both shows) and seeing all the glitz and glam the girls have worked so hard to put together. There is apparently 220 people out there on stage throughout the night so it should look spectacular (like always). Hope you holidays (well you are working so I guess it's not really a holiday) are going well and if I don't remember to get back on line before Christmas have a fantastic time and enjoy the snow!! It's supposed to be 41 degs today - BLAH we are melting!!!!!!!! Love to you Megan

Angela Hey mel, how are you doing?? All's well here in the Lavery camp!!! Beau is getting very big and he is saying a fair few words now, and getting into mischief all the time!! Chris and I are going to Kym Jones and Chris Ernst's wedding this saturday should be good, they are having the service at Centenary park and the reception at the RSL. Apparently 190 people will be going!! Hope we all fit in. I hope it snows there for you soon, sounds like you are looking forward to all of the skiing!! (And the cute skii instructors!!!) Nana Just had tea at Deborah's place and we have read your journal entries. Better watch out for those bears. I did my hospital work last Tuesday first time for six weeks. The Crocodiles can't shot hoops at the moment. As they got beaten by the South Dragons by 16 points last night. Just started my Christmas shopping. I will miss you this Christmas. I'm going out to Hughenden for Christmas as Jean and Ron are going also. Looking forward to seeing you in February. Miss you heaps Nana

But, as my other friends know, I am a total slacko. I'm glad you are a having a great time over there, and I always ask your mum how you're doing when I see her! Guess what? I'm even dancing!!! Ha ha. Finally. And I'm even doing the concert. So there you go. Good luck to me and everyone in the audience who has to witness it!!! Yes, I have bought a house and have now been living in there with Glenn for 3 months. You'll have to come and see it when I get back... chances are I still won't have organised a housewarming!!! Work is still going the same as always... count down to the end of the year now. I'm planning to go to a workshop in Perth in January... not as exciting as Whistler, but I'll do my best! It's great to see that you are back in Whistler I bet that getting back into a routine feels good! Elizabeth Morrow Hi Lis So glad to hear you are in San Fran. It's such a great city, isn't it?! Are you going back to Whistler to live and work for a while? Let me know your plans. We are going to be in Idaho for Christmas. If you are still in Canada then, let me know as you could come down and hang out with us at Josh's parent's place. Josh and I are staying in Melbourne. We have just signed the lease for a cute little terrace house in a bayside suburb which should be cool. My job is driving me nuts and I don't know what to do about it. I think I will keep going for another 6 months and then make a call. Just not having fun :( You seem to be though and I am really happy about that. Sarah Hey miss mel! How have you been?? well by the looks of your photos and all your diary entries... you have been good. Well i was just telling miss lucy bout the 1st crocs game. I cant wait its tomorrow nite and its looking awesome i love our costumes.
