As I was a loser late night and went to sleep rather than socialising I was feeling nice and fresh this morning, decided to walk to recoleta with the
main purpose of seeing Eva perons tomb!
Was a nice walk with a bit of window shopping! It is a sad state of affairs when your bag is held together with safety pins but I am hoping to shop a little in Bolivia as it will be much cheaper than here!
Got to recoleta and first went to the church and saw some old art work and the views of the cemetery! Then entered the cementerio de la recoleta and it really was amazing! Fantastically massive tombs everywhere for the rich that have died! They were covered in Angels and other decoration! Finally found evita's as I was too cheap skate to buy a map and hers was much more simple than the majority! Lots of flowers over her tomb and plaque to say who was there!
Got some lunch and sat down in the park and the best thing about buenos aires is there is always some music or performance going on somewhere! Just walked around the market for a while after lunch- some pretty amazing jewellery but I managed to resist apart from one pair of really tiny ear rings!

Met a few girls at the hostel and we went out for steak! Had lomo which is the most perfect meat I have ever had! Literally a spoon could cut through this steak!

We then went back to the hostel to enjoy some whiskey
