Day 5 27/6/11

Breakfast at hotel, now off to Pope Ben's place then into town.

Pretty good day all up. Waited for 2 hours to get into Vatican Museum but was worth it in the end. Got to see Sistine Chapel which I missed out on last time I was here. Pity there are no cameras allowed as it is quite amazing. JPII exhibit also in open due to beatification.

Walked through streets around the Vatican area until I found a train station to go into town. Walked from Termini to Colosseum and went in for a look around, then back to hotel. Quick swim then dinner by the pool at about 8:30 still in bright sunshine.
