lukeszubert Thanks Lindsay for the messages. Hardly any meat left and no knee caps. Indeed it can be a sweet harmony and sometimes a not so sweet disharmony, feels good to push yourself though. Mind the gap Lindsay! The wheels have certainly come off since we sunk you and don't give me that Harry for England excuse. Looking forward to jousting with you upon my return.

Lindsay Luke. Fantastic effort. love the references to human frailities and to the desire to complete and win the race. Down under but not down and out. Hope you still have some meat on your bones and can get some enjoyment from the next month before the return. Back here Wenger is still a Wally even if you finish third and Sterling is still going down. Cycling can be such sweet harmony if you do the best that you can. I've enjoyed the commentary. Lindsay Luke. Keep it going boyo. Not sure that the bookends were just ornamental but the fun part is just ahead before you get to the pretty bit.
