Because its such a long way to Florida from nz we had a stopover.
We came to see cousin stevie and Aunty Tara and also the Fourth of July fireworks .
We took stevie and the dogs for a walk around the top of a mountain where we could see the whole world: the sea, San Francisco, hills, Alcatraz, the famous bridge and of course, the fog! It was such a cool walk and we saw lots of little lizards. We saw signs for rattlesnakes but luckily didn't see any of those...
Aunty Tara took us out for dinner. It was mega busy because it was Independence Day. The people were friendly and the food was great.
The fireworks were weird because of the fog which kind of ate them! But they were still cool to watch. They inspired us to write a poem. We watched them from uncle zos' house which has an amazing view of San Francisco Bay.
After that we zonked out in our beds to get ready for another day of flying...
The photo is on dads phone so today you get amber!
