It's my last night in Lovina and I'm absolutely shattered after getting up at 2am to go trekking up MountBatur. I have to say the sun rise was impressive and there were about 100 other people from all over the world also climbing it! The bus takes you to a certain point and then you walk the last 800m. All I'll say for those of you who know CamPeak……It was like the face of CamPeak all the way up. I did have a guide who very kindly offered his hand on the really tricky bits and also his coat when I got cold at the top - what a sweetie :-)

I'm not looking forward to the 4hr bus ride tomorrow, it's so hot on there and they cram us all on like sardines it is hilarious…if you didn't laugh you'd cry.

Once back in the Kuta / Seminyak area horse riding along the beach is on the agenda (yes mum they do provide hats before you panic).
