WOW The theme of today was religious diversity, and boy did we get diversity! 5am start with breakfast, then got on the bus to the nearest underground station (Chandi Chowk) in our matching purple t-shirts, where we all (100 people) got on the metro system into old Delhi. So 6am Yoga session was interesting...lots of BREATHING! Lots of sitting up straight and corssing legs. Learnt a lot though about how there are 3 bodies and how energy comes from within, to keep your mind clear will help concentration. The lady who taught us-Susie, is 70 this year, but she looks so young, about 45-50. She started yoga at 50, I think i'll have to start at 50 aswell! Whoop! We found out today what were up to and our groups. So here I am...I'm in INDIA!!!! was sad to say goodbye to the family, but jumped on the plane got chatting and met a few other people on the trip, all seem nice so far. Plane journey was good,watched divergence.....rubbish movie! Then as soon as you get out the plane the heat hits you, and within 10mins of waiting around in 38℃ your back is already wet and sweating!
