Friday went shopping, again, in Panama in the mall as we have discovered that if i show my passport i get a five percent discount! Just for being foreign! Was not feeling too well though, throat was inflamed day before and feeling a bit feverish today so got some antibiotics but didn´t do the trick so had to go see the doctor saturday. Face swollen like a pufferfish and absolutely knackered so spent the morining in the house. Lying in the hammacka in the garden, Luis got a coconut down from their tree in the garden and opened it for me, fresh coconut water mmmmmm. Recouperated enough to go out with some of Luis friends from high school that he hasnt seen for over 10 years!

Oh and by the way i was made to go to the dentist when we got back yesterday! A freind of his that does his teeth, so i am now registered with a dentist in Panama! Treatment is much cheaper. Three sittings (3 sets of injections, boo!) and squeaky clean teeth! Today we went with Jorge and the kids to El Valle de Anton, beautiful town at the base of a mountain.
