Oh and by the way i was made to go to the dentist when we got back yesterday! A freind of his that does his teeth, so i am now registered with a dentist in Panama! Treatment is much cheaper. Three sittings (3 sets of injections, boo!) and squeaky clean teeth!

Today we went with Jorge and the kids to El Valle de Anton, beautiful town at the base of a mountain. Spent the day in an animal park and looked around the village. Lots of local handicraft. Views are amazing driving through the hills. The mountain apparently looks like a woman lying down so we drove up to a view point to see but the cloud cover was quite low, Jorge said she has a duvet on!

On the way back we stopped at a place famous for cheese and bought some for breakfast. Luis got me a drink made on pinapple and rice (Pina y razzon) very nice. They think of some weird mixes here but everything is used and fresh and tasty.

Stopped at Cesars house in Capira on the way back for a lovely meal of Eldorado y razzon.

The house is coming on well, Cesar has finished a few rooms on the top floor and iw now working on expanding to build the dining room and lounge. Luis reminded him not to die before he finishes it.
