Tea plantations!

Today we explored Kerry's paradise... Tea plantations!! The tea grows up the side of the mountains & is a very vibrant green. We stopped off at a tea factory to learn about the plantations history & got to see tea pickers in action. It was very beautiful to see the lush green scenery!

Back at our retreat we spotted monkeys flying across the sky tree to tree scrambling for bananas! It was hilarious watching them fight over the bananas take 1 bite & then chuck them to the ground!

Kerry & I are about to do a traditional cookery course with the retreats chef. We are learning to make a popular curry dish from Kerala (yes stef & Russ we will take notes!!)

Unfortunately, all our gang woke up with the first cases of Delhi belly! But luckily all made a swift recovery so it didn't disrupt the days plans! Everyone is fit & well again :-) ... Until next time!
