Today I visited the National Museum.

I saw amazing stone carvings dating back to 2,000 B.C. I found these carvings to be very progressive for that time period. Beautiful and intricate work.

It was interesting to see the basket weave pattern as early as 2,000 B.C. as an example.

Also, i saw the wonderful Rama - Katha Painting collection. These are depicting living very well and wealthy during that time period.
