Steve: We arrived in Bangkok and got a taxi to this place called Koh San Road which is the busiest backpacker street in the world. It was nuts! We got there at night and it is full of people trying to sell you stuff and get you to come into bars.
We managed to find Cat and then went to where we were staying on Koh San Road. Cat had made some random friends so about 20 of us went out. They love Gangnam style in Asia and we ended up drinking loadsa buckets and doing the conga to Gangnam style down Koh San Road.
Unfortunately Liz got her iphone stolen by some sneaky Thai b****** so Liz and Cat went home. I stayed out with the others but was so drunk and do not remember anything (standard)!
Liz: It was so funny, me and Cat had a knock on our door about 11 and Steve wanders in. We asked him where he'd been, what he'd been doing, if he'd slept, and he litereally had no answer to any of these questions! How do you not know if you've slept or not!?!?
We had to change hotels to meet our tour people, me and Cat went to visit the Grand palace which is full of amazing temples decorated in coloured glass moasic type tiles. There was so much gold everywhere too! We came bck about 6 hours later and Steve hadn't moved from where we left him!
That night we met our trip people and had some dinner. Our tour leader is this Australian guy called Dave. He lives in Vietnam after knocking up a Vietnamese tour guide who's about 15 years younger than him!We met her later on in Nha Trang! He's a crazy buddist covert who apparently wakes up everyday and says 'Am I in Jail? No. Am I sick? No, then today is a good day. We've grown to hate him!!!
