My week at the Beach was wonderful! I stayed with my friend Pam and her mum in their apartment. The beach is like nothing else, the food is even better, I gained weight but no problem It's worth it! A lot of meat, potatoes, fruit and desserts, aaaaah I Love the Desserts! I have probably tried most of the ice-creams.. it's not european standard, its nothing speacial, but its ok.

Me and Pam been good girls, waking up early in the morning, I'm going running in the park, breakfast on the beach, when the sun is too hot we take a trip with the car, go to the bar or we do some shopping, a lot of good shopping here.

On thursday night Domi called me from Sao Paulo.. teling me she was out Partying with Chris Brown.. I must admit I amlost felt bad cause iI weren't there... then, on the other side I had an beautiful week at the beach, party is always party, Beachlife is something else! I mean who is CB? what he gonna do.. hit me?? :P

Brazil is so Beautiful, I will move here one day :) I'm working on my portuguese, it's going ok... I understand most of it, but me speech is not that fluent, yet. Domi and Pam always tries to speak with me in Portuguese and then I reply in my own way..Porto-italian, I still have time.. i'm getting there!

Back in Sao Paulo I started my work at the swedish council, Business meetings, lunches, interviews and visits at PR firms.

It's actually the first time I've been walking around alone in the city, taking the subway and managing by my own. Domi didnt wanted to let me go, she made a big deal of it, like I would get rubbed and its dangerous for me, but it's not. Sometimes I think its too exaggerating, sure Brazil is very dangerous, you have to be careful, you dont go out with jewelery. Btw, Pams mother was rubbed when we were at the beach, a guy game and ripped of her gold chain from her neck. Here you cannot wear anything of value. My gold rings are at home.. so is my gold chain.

After work and a long week in Sao Paulo, its finally week-end. Friday we went out Bea, an other friend of me and Domi. Is very different to go out Bea.. she have bodyguards, usually 4 of them but today there were just one. 5 years ago she was kidnapped for 50 days.. she told me about her kidnapping, how her dad had to negotiate to get her free, and how the kidnappers were treating her. Its hard for me to even imagine whats she's been through. On our way out there is one car following us the hole way, its her bodyguard. Her cousin is the owner of the night club we went to, when she's going home, she calls her driver to drive her home.

Money indeed is a beautiful thing, but in Brazil it can be very dangerous and you have to know how to spend your money right. Thank god i'm poor :P

Saturday, Domi woke me up early, we had to hit a BBQ party at her friends house. In the outside of Sao Paulo there is valley, now I don't remember the name, anyway you can not enter this valley if you don't live there or if you don't have someone to visit. Me and Domi both had to show our IDs for them to register us and then entering the area. The valley like nothing you could ever imagine.. the apartment of Domis friend, actually were 10 times Ronaldo Gaúchos---> Släng-Dig-i-Väggen! house..

Marble floor, private elevator, swimming pool on the terrace with the view of Sao Paulo.. It looked like a hotel, staff everywhere serving food and drinks, bar tenders.. lounge music.. it was a 2pm pre-party for the evening, beautiful ppl and just a good time! Haffla;)

I hope everything in Sweden is good..

Brazil is great, but I miss my family and my friends!
