Wow...we woke the next day, 13.00!!!! almost 12 hours sleep!...we arose..time for the most important part of the day. Morning tea. hang on... i heard something? 'WAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRTTTTT THEEEEEE' yes Shayne was shreiking. When i realised why..i also joined in the commotion. NO FRICKIN TEA BAGS IN THIS JOINT! what the heck was going on down under in this place lol..half hour later good old Shaynus appears with some standby bags in his case...good lad. Right, now time to function.
We were all ready for Marcs arrival home from work, and then took a stroll down to the almighty famous Westfield shopping centre where we marvelled at its luxury! Its huge! ...Jimmy Choo..Gucci, Steve Madden..(Novo of course)..{{note to self-BUDGET}}
We headed towards woolworths..no not woolies, this was Auzzies answer to Tesco, along with their Coles. We got all necessary ingredients for our fahita night. Oh, and Tea bags.
We collected Hannah from work and took a detour past the famous Bondi beach on the way home, we arrived back, after lots of chatting and munching and writing in my journal, 01.44am, time for bed..ready for our early start in the morning.

We woke up nice and early and prepared for our journey into town to get the important but boring starter pack bits for our stay! We got a dongle, an Auzzie sim-card and and a key cut for the place..muahahaha (Hannah and Marc may soon regret giving us that privaledge)
We enjoyed the evening with some well earned voddies and some scrummy food from woolies, got our laptops up and running and got writing our brand spankin new and improved C.V's..sending them to people that were looking for us special people to come work for them!! We got set up on the tax register like good little people and applied for the alcohol awareness course (RSA) ..very proud of our productivity of our day lol, we had our first night out tonight in Bondi in 'The Eastern' pub. This pub was lovely, quite big and relaxed, we met Laura and Blaisse-Hannah and Marcs friends and started nattering away enjoying our drinks....this is it. Im in Australia.
After some status updates about Hi-5ives or the puff of love love puffs..Hannah and I wandered back home while Marc and Shayne followed a couple hours later..drunkards.

Alarm bells ringing at 7am sharp...skyping to Pappa Minter followed by my sisters ...woop woop! after long conversations in my hung over sleepy state, I decided I must prepare for my trip to the sea, as speaking to people so soon was still tugging on those heart strings!!
Marc drove Shayne and I down to the perfect spot where he pulled over to let us take some snaps...i was shouting OMG ..while jumping up and down...I could see the Opera House!! it was gorgeous..the sunshine lighting up this spectacular building, the beautiful sea and outstanding scenery..the pictures definately dont do it justice. I was so excited!!
We took a drive to walk round the changing of the guards, round windy pathways, down steps and up steep rocks, overlooking the sea huge rockage and cliffs! We walked right to the top of the cliff face, and savoured Australias natural beauty. When we made it home after our day out, we picked up Hannah and got some chips and sat by the sea. Its so gorgeous. We then enjoyed our hung over day and eve infront of the telly watching Auzzie X-factor.

When we woke up today..we got ready for the last day of our chores..the bank account! We went into town and got all our info to get sorted..got our C.V's and then headed back. ...I received a call today, which made me really happy!!-I have an interview..tomorrow! ahhhhhhhh scary Maryyyyyy ...we had a lovely dinner and then decided it was movie night. Paranormal2!! This was such a good film lol made me jump about 25times, but now it was time to prepare for the interview tomo!
9/11/10
Marc and Hannah offered to come along as support for my interview (Also Shayne obviously) so we all caught the train en route to Central Station. We made our way to Elizabeth Street where my interview was just accross the street. The guys waited while I nervously wandered over in. I completed an application and then walked into the managers office. I sat there nervous going over everything I had researched for the company ..when he spoke. An English cockey man ..more alive than a can of redbull!! We had a great chat about home and then I was told to start Monday.
So...Shayne, Hannah, Marc and I then head towards one of Australias most iconic buildings in the world...up close and personal this time, actually walking around it... breath-taking sights, spectacular views, here before us... 'The Sydney Opera House'. Wow, I must have over 50 pictures of this to marvel over!! I had seen the bridge many times in our walks, just in the distance, but here we were!-larger than life I must have said 'wow, wowzers, and omg a million times. I must say..without sounding too naive..i honestly didnt realise just how close the Harbour Bridge is to the Opera House, i mean i knew they were in the same proximity but theyre actually really close! Stunning.
We took a walk through the Botanical gardens...so pretty, beautiful preserved nature, Shayne and I spotted millions of large bats hanging from a tree, so many of them! This place was so pretty it didnt seem real.
We made our way back after a little light refreshment..not forgetting the Wine over lunch after my interview earlier that day! ..and we got comfy for the evening!
Another day completed and oh what a day!
I'd also like to say on this day...Thinking of you Nanny Audrey xXx

A gorgeous day today..perfect for a beach stroll!
Hannah had planned a lovely day out for us, to do the gorgeous beach walk from Bondi Beach to Coogee Beach, so we can sight all the beautiful beaches along the way! We couldnt have asked for better weather to do it.
We left the apartment and saw many gorgeous beaches, the beautiful sun, sea and sand .. there was an art exhibition with randomn sculptures every 10 footsteps of the way.. which also kept us entertained, and which we used for a great photo opportunity.
We found a nice spot to grab a drink and then off we plodded again...we made it quite far..not quite as far as Coogee beach, but near enough! ..hey we had been here like a week so our fitness levels were still rising.. I used to live in that Mini back home..this is what it feels like to use these legs!!
Lucky we did turn round when we did..as the heavens opened! must have known!!
We got back, snuggled and sat chattin about New Year!!
I also received another phone-call tonight for another Marketing job..hmmm my nerves are everywhere right now!! xx
