Day NINE- 9.30am Bicycles...
Dragged myself out of bed and met Mathilde and Bryan for a spot of Sunday Cycling around the cape. We picked up the bikes early for $20 for the day. We cycled into town for a a spot of Sunday morning breakfast-Bryan with the girls eating bircher museli. We cycled for miles to get to our first stopthe beach at Bungedi. 15km and i was grateful for the stop. We stopped for a bit of a swim and then got scared by jellyfish, sharks etc etc. So stopped to dry off and do some tanning (snoozing). There was another 5km to the lighthouse. There is nothing for miles in every direction just flat bush lands on either side and its so hot!
Very quiet and full of wildlife, insects, dead kangaroos, eagles, geckos, birds of prey and an emu popping its head up to say 'Hallo!' There is the world's largest VHF radio, all very exciting.
