Hi all, had a great day out yesterday at Tokyo Dome - a theme park where baseball is played, some great rides - rollercoaster on top of building, parchute ride, inverted rollercoaster and 4d horror show, shopping complex spent nearly all day there. Arrived safely in Tokyo - yesterday after our olympic experience in Beijing, landed at airport and had a 40-50 mile train journey to hotel, arrived after midnight. Hotel fantastic bedroom on 29th floor looks over city - fantastic views night and day Went up to electronic area of city to do some shopping, fantastic sites/shops/equipment. Hi All, Just a short update on my holidays - having a great time, Beijing is a famtastic city, and it feels the safest city I have every been to, people are so friendly and helpful, language no problem at all.
