Arrived safely in Tokyo - yesterday after our olympic experience in Beijing, landed at airport and had a 40-50 mile train journey to hotel, arrived after midnight.

Hotel fantastic bedroom on 29th floor looks over city - fantastic views night and day

Went up to electronic area of city to do some shopping, fantastic sites/shops/equipment.

Been to tokyo tower tonight and had a meal at bottom of the tower - really nice.

Japan is more expensive than Beijing

Tomorrow off to the theme park with boys - Owen's coping well with his japanese and very pleased with his results. Liam has had blisters on his feet for last couple of days after running with no shoes - doh!
