Well we got to Cairns safely although this time I lost my lunch after staying out in Alice Springs til half four which is quite an achievement in itself.

 Once I'd recovered from my 'travel' sickness we booked on a trip which was the most fun ever! It was like being back at school going on a really fun trip without the homework/quiz. We got to slide down waterfalls (this one was slightly smaller than the one in Brazil and didn't have massive rocks at the bottom), eat a huge amount of sweets, chocolate, cakes and homemade sponge pudding and custard. The sugar rush alone was worth it, but the highlight of the trip was swimming in Milla Milla falls which is the waterfall in 'that' Timmoti advert and more importantly the waterfall featured in the Peter Andres Mysterious Girl music video!!!!!! It did look a little different as supprise supprise it was raining.

The day after we were off to the Great Barrier Reef to go scuba diving, despite the rain we still had a good time, we didn't see a turtle and I had mega problems with my ears but still glad we got to see it. It was then off to Cape Tribulation for a couple of days, the hostel we stayed in was in the middle of the rainforest which was really cool but there was a HUGE spider lerking just outside the girls toilets but we were brave. Katherine did nearly step on another 'giant' snail in her brand new flip flops but luckily both the snail and flip flop survived.
